The PDDM Young Perpetual Sisters from the different communities in the Philippines had their Annual Convention last May 29 - June 1, 2022.

On the first day, together with their formator, Sr. M. Anthony, they had their session at Alberione Center in Quezon City. They had the sharing on their dreams for the Congregation towards 2030 and on the resolutions they have been working out in themselves.

Then, on May 31, the Feast of the Visitation of Mary, they participated in the tree planting activity of the Diocese of Iba, Zambales with the indigenous people. The place is a territorial domain of the Aetas, an indigenous people inhabiting the mountains of Zambales. This project was realized through our coordination with Most Reverend Bartolome Santos, the bishop of ths said diocese. Such expression of care of creation is part of the JPIC (Justice Peace and Integrity of Creation) initiatives of the PDDM Philippine-Taiwan-Hong Kong Province.

Enriched by this beautiful experience, the sisters went back to their respective communities and ministries with greater zeal and dedication
